Changing
the Cube Cart front page
When you
try to edit the homepage of your store the changes are
not made and it reverts back to the default welcome
message.
On Linux/Unix servers you are required to change the
file permissions of /languages/*/home.inc.php to 777. To
do this the CHMOD function is used.

Once you have changed the homepage text please set the
permission of the page back to 644.
Some early Skins
will not allow the "Tell a Friend" function to
work - if you decide on a particular skin - make
sure it is a recent file to suit CC V3.0.+ and
above. That way the chances are that the mail
functions will work.
