SmallPond dedicated servers runs a RAID based disk redundancy solution, should any of the primary disk drives fail, a secondary disk drive can take over the work load with no loss of availability.

Regular Automatic Backups

Site Backups are made Daily, Weekly and Monthly. Restoration from any of these points can be requested by contacting SmallPond Support.

Download a copy of your website - go to backup wizard in your control panel

 

CD Copy of your website

If your site has been developed by Small Pond you may request a copy of your site posted to you on CD. This copy will be your original site and does not include any alterations made by yourself.
