Clearing Server Mailboxes
Your email will
stop if your Mailbox is Full or your allocated Hosting Space is
Full.
To clear a mailbox - log into webmail and delete all old messages.
Purge the deleted messages and you will create room in your
Server Mailbox.
A Control Panel short cut is to delete the whole mailbox and then created a
new one the same as the old one.
WARNING - this method deletes ALL email records for that
account.
Clients using WEBMAIL only must clear old messages on a regular basis.
Clients who wish to keep records of emails over and above their allocated hosting space will have to upgrade their plans.
NOTE: In advanced email setting/mail delivery - if the box "Leave message on server" is ticked, mail will continue to accumulate.
